Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

In addition to Denmark, we ship to the following countries within the EU: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery to EU countries typically takes 3-6 business days. Delivery within Denmark takes 1-3 business days.

We ship orders all business days. If you place an order before 12:00 PM (Danish time) on a business day, we do our very best to ship it the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free EU shipping on orders over €200. Otherwise, EU shipping is €8,95.

For Sweden, shipping is free on orders over 2 000 SEK. Otherwise, shipping is 59 SEK.

In Denmark, shipping to a home or business address costs 39 DKK, and delivery to a GLS ParcelShop is 19 DKK. Shipping is free on orders over 499 DKK if you choose delivery to a GLS ParcelShop.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email from us with a GLS parcel number, which you can use to track the shipment after it has been dispatched.

If you do not receive this email, please contact us by sending an email to kundeservice@packsmart.dk.

My Order

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

The order confirmation might have landed in your spam folder. If it’s not there either, it’s likely due to an error in the email address provided during checkout. Please email kundeservice@packsmart.dk, and we’ll update your email address in our system.

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to kundeservice@packsmart.dk or by calling us at +45 30 40 80 72.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Danish customers also have the option to pay with Dankort and MobilePay.

When will you charge the purchase amount to my card?

We will charge the purchase amount once we have shipped your order. Until the order is shipped, the amount will be reserved on your card.

Returns

How long is my right to return?

You can return items within 60 days of receiving your order.

How do I make a return?

What does it cost to make a return?

The return cost is 39 DKK within Denmark, 69 SEK within Sweden, and €9 within other EU countries. This return cost covers return shipping and will be deducted from your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

After you drop off your return parcel at the service point, GLS will collect it and return it to us. This may take 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange an item, please 1) create a return through our return portal for the item(s) you wish to exchange, and 2) place a new order for your desired product.

We offer free exchanges within Denmark. This means that once you have placed a new order, the return cost of 39 DKK will not be deducted from your refund for the exchanged item.
