Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Danish customers also have the option to pay with MobilePay.

If you pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay and choose delivery to a GLS ParcelShop, the system will automatically select the ParcelShop closest to the entered address.

We will not charge the purchase amount until your order has been shipped. Until then, the amount will be reserved on your account in accordance with your card issuer’s terms.

All prices are including VAT and excluding delivery.

No transaction fees are charged when placing an order with us.

Order Confirmation

When you place an order with Packsmart, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You will then receive another email from us with a GLS tracking number once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch. If you have chosen delivery to a GLS ParcelShop, you will be notified when your package is ready for pickup.

If you do not receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order, it is likely due to an error in the email address entered in checkout. In that case, please send an email to kundeservice@packsmart.dk, so we can correct the error.

Delivery

We ship to the following countries within the EU:

Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden.

We ship parcels with GLS. In most countries, you can choose between home delivery or delivery to a GLS ParcelShop of your choice. In Sweden and Luxembourg, the only available option is delivery to a GLS ParcelShop. Orders are shipped from our location in Denmark, and tracking information is sent to you when your order is ready for dispatch.

Shipping to Denmark costs 19 DKK if you choose delivery to a GLS ParcelShop, or 39 DKK if you opt for delivery to a private or business address. Shipping is free on orders above 499 DKK when delivered to a GLS ParcelShop. Delivery to Danish addresses typically takes 1-3 business days.

Shipping to Sweden costs 59 SEK and is free on orders above 2 000 SEK. Delivery to Sweden typically takes 3-6 business days.

Shipping to other EU countries costs €8,95 and is free on orders above €200. EU delivery usually takes 3-6 business days.

Returns

You can return items within 60 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in the same new condition as they were received. They must also be in their original packaging and with all product tags attached. Please ensure the item is properly packed for return so that it arrives to us in undamaged condition.

We process returns within 1-3 business days from the time we receive the returned item. Once the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the card used for payment for your order.

Complaints

As prescribed by EU regulation, you have the right to file a complaint within 24 months. This right covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damages resulting from improper use or negligent handling.

If you discover a defect or issue with your item, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can process your claim. If you file a claim within two months of discovering the defect, it will always be considered timely.

If the claim is justified, we will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Privacy Policy

When you place an order with us, we need information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address to process your order. All information we collect to process your order is stored confidentially and securely in our webshop system, Shopify.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will store your email address.

Personal information will not be sold, shared, or otherwise transferred to third parties. If you wish to have your personal information deleted from our databases, you can contact us at kundeservice@packsmart.dk.
